I became interested in creating bridal and special occasion shoes and accessories when I began planning my own wedding. I was obsessed with Martha Stewart Weddings (still am) and wanted to plan a really unique and beautiful day. Like any girl I was obsessed with what I would wear and how I wanted to look. When searching for bridal accessories I was really dissapointed! I discovered that there really wasn't much out there in the way of accessories that I really loved or thought would work with my vision. I wanted something beautiful and really unique, exquisite...heirloom quality - it just wasn't there or if it was I could never afford it being a full time Grad Student.
I decided to make my own bouquet and decorate my own shoes and got so many compliments that friends started asking me to design their bouquets and shoes. Everyone kept telling me that my crafts rock out loud and "Why don't you do what you love and make some money in the process?" Good advice friends! I opened an Etsy store in the hopes of having a creative outlet and producing beautiful items for other brides with expensive taste and a small budget!
